Best Hot Crab Dip

"Very smooth to make and sincerely terrific! I am from Maryland and this is actually the nice crab dip around. I have been making it for years."

Ingredients :

2 cups crabmeat
1 cup bitter cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup white Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup capers, tired
2 (eight ounce) cans artichoke hearts, tired and chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
half teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
half teaspoon dried dill, or to flavor
1/four cup grated Parmesan cheese
half of teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM, or to flavor
1 (eight ounce) round loaf sourdough bread

Instructions :

Prep : 20M	Cook : 18M	Ready in : 40M

Preheat oven to four hundred stages F (2 hundred levels C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch rectangular baking pan.
In a huge bowl, integrate crabmeat, bitter cream, cream cheese, buttermilk, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, capers, artichoke hearts, garlic, black pepper and dill. Stir until nicely blended. Spoon dip into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Old Bay Seasoning TM.
Bake in preheated oven till top is crusty, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut the pinnacle off the loaf of bread. Hollow out the loaf and dice the pinnacle and the eliminated pieces so that they may be used for dipping. Spoon warm dip into hollow bread loaf. Serve without delay with bread pieces for dipping.
