  • half cup white sugar
  • half cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-reason flour
  • 5 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 1 half of cups flaked coconut

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 375 stages F (190 degrees C).
  • Cream the butter with the brown sugar and white sugars. Add the eggs and the vanilla and beat properly.
  • Mix within the flour until nicely blended. Stir in the corn flakes and the coconut. Drop through teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
