- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- half cup raisins
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup clean lemon juice
- 1/four cup chopped crystallized ginger
- half of teaspoon red pepper flakes
