Applesauce Raisin Cookies I

Ingredients :

1 cup shortening
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups thick applesauce, tired
half cup bloodless, brewed espresso
three 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon floor cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup raisins
half cup chopped walnuts
