Tomato Bread III |
"A highly spiced, tomato quick bread speckled with black olives. I like to feature pepperoni, sausage or bacon to this recipe to make it taste like pizza bread."
Ingredients :
- 2 1/2 cups all-reason flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon white sugar
- half of cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1/three cup sliced black olives
