Calico Wild Rice Soup |

Ingredients :
- 2 cups wild rice
- 6 cups water
- four cups hen broth
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- half of cup chopped inexperienced onions
- 2 tablespoons purple bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped inexperienced bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped sparkling parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

- In a medium sauce pan cook dinner rice in 6 cups water until cooked thru and tender.
- In a large saucepan or inventory pot integrate broth, cooked rice, corn, green onions, crimson and inexperienced bell pepper, parsley and tarragon. Mix properly and cook dinner over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until corn is smooth.
- In a small bowl, blend cornstarch and water. Add to soup aggregate and prepare dinner for five mins. Stir every now and then and serve once soup has thickened.
