Ingredients :
- 3 eggs, overwhelmed
- half of cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- half teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package deal flaked coconut
- half cup maraschino cherries, chopped
- half cup raisins
- half cup chopped pecans
