Ingredients :
- 6 slices bacon
- three cups spinach, rinsed and chopped
- three eggs
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/eight teaspoon ground black pepper
- half cup minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups scalded milk
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch unmarried crust pie
