"A festive sandwich style cookie. Excellent for Christmas or New years' celebrations."
Ingredients :
- three/four cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 half cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/four teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup inexperienced decorator sugar (optional)
