Chocolate Bundt Cake |

Ingredients :
- three cups all-purpose flour
- half of teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- half cup shortening
- three cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk

- Preheat oven to 325 stages F (one hundred sixty five degrees C). Grease and flour a ten inch Bundt pan. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Set aside.
- In a massive bowl, cream butter, shortening, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs one after the other, beating properly after each. Add flour combination alternately with the milk. Mix well.
- Pour into 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325 F (one hundred sixty five stages C) for 70 mins or till a toothpick inserted into cake comes out smooth. Let cool for 10 mins within the pan, then turn out onto a cord rack and cool completely.
