Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pound spherical steak
- 2 eggs
- half cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 half cups all-motive flour for coating

- Tenderize steak through pounding with a mallet. Cut into three inch long strips.
- Combine egg, milk, salt and pepper in a shallow dish, whisk until nicely mixed.
- In a huge skillet over medium heat, heat 1/3 cup oil (or just sufficient to cowl the lowest of the pan).
- Coat steak portions in flour. Shake off extra. Then dip inside the egg mixture and again in flour.
- Fry the strips within the hot oil until golden brown; about 2 mins. Transfer to a plate covered with paper towels to absorb oil.
