Smothered Beef Short Ribs |

Ingredients :
- half of cup olive oil
- four pounds pork quick ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-motive flour
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped celery

- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 cup pink wine
- 8 cups red meat stock
- 1/four cup chopped fresh parsley
