"Why spoil perfectly desirable cookies just to make another batch of cookies? 'Cause they're YUMMY! Made with crushed sandwich cookies, the small pieces of damaged cookie dirt make the dough speckled - I've been advised they appear to be they're made with dust!"
Ingredients :
- 2 1/four cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs

- Sift collectively the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl, cream the white sugar, brown sugar, and the butter together until easy. Stir inside the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour aggregate, and stir till simply blended. Stir the beaten cookies into the dough. Cover, and chill the dough for half of hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375 stages F (one hundred ninety levels C). Grease cookie sheets.
- Drop dough by way of rounded spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes inside the preheated oven. Remove to cool on wire racks.
