Ingredients :

  • 2 kilos milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup on the spot espresso granules
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • eight eggs
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions :

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 ranges C). Grease and flour 4 8x8-inch baking pans.
  • Place the chocolate chips and the coffee granules in a double boiler over simmering water. Cook over medium heat, stirring now and again, until melted and easy. Set aside.
  • In a massive bowl, cream the butter and sugar together till light and fluffy. Beat within the eggs at a time, blending nicely after each addition. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, then mix inside the melted chocolate. Mix in flour till simply mixed. Divide the batter equally into the prepared pans, and unfold smooth.
  • Bake for 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the rims pull from the edges of the pans. Cool on a cord rack. Cover, and refrigerate for eight hours. Cut the bloodless cakes into bars to serve.

Notes :

  • You also can use chopped milk chocolate in area of the chocolate chips.
