- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sifted cocoa
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Combine the flour, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda and oil mixing until easy.
