Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-cause flour
- 1/eight teaspoon salt
- half of cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

- In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Stir inside the vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix within the pecans till properly mixed. Cover, and kick back for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 tiers F (175 tiers C). Roll chilled dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets approximately 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 20 mins in preheated oven. Roll in confectioners' sugar whilst cooled.
