- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/four cup confectioners' sugar
- half of teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 chocolate wafers

- In medium bowl, whip cream, sugar and vanilla with electric powered mixer till stiff. Set apart 1 cup of whipped cream. Place a daub of remaining whipped cream on every cookie, and stack in agencies of 4 or five. Chill in fridge 15 mins.
