| Stuffed Pepper Soup III |

- Brown meat in massive stock pot. When meat is almost cooked through add the onion and inexperienced pepper, and let cook for five mins.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, pork broth, cubed potatoes, cilantro and thyme. Season with salt and pepper and permit simmer for 30 to 40 mins.
- Place 1/4 cup of rice on bottom of person serving bowls. Pour soup over rice and garnish with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
