Ingredients :
- half of cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon floor black pepper
- 1 1/four kilos catfish
- three tablespoons vegetable oil
- half of cup pecans, finely overwhelmed
- five wedges lemon, for garnish
- five sprigs clean parsley, for garnish

- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 stages C).
