"This is a conventional Chinese candy rice recipe this is typically served for the Chinese New Year. Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon red wine
  • three hyperlinks lop chong (Chinese-fashion sausage)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp - peeled, deveined, and diced
  • 1/four pound cooked pork hyperlink sausage, diced
  • 1 bunch inexperienced onions, diced
  • 1 cup fresh water chestnuts, peeled and diced
  • 1 half of cups frozen inexperienced peas

Instructions :

  • In the steamer basket, steam the mushrooms and Chinese-style sausage 15 to 20 mins. Remove from heat and chop.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a big wok over high heat. Toss within the shrimp and cook 1 to 2 mins, till nearly opaque. Stir within the mushrooms, Chinese-style sausage, pork sausage, inexperienced onion, and water chestnuts. Cook and stir approximately 2 mins. Mix in the rice and last oyster sauce. Cook any other 3 to four minutes. Remove from warmth and toss inside the peas. Serve whilst the peas are heated through.
