- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks chopped celery, with leaves
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- three cups water

- Season red meat chops with garlic salt to flavor. In a huge skillet, heat oil over medium high warmth. Add chops and brown in oil for about 4 to 6 minutes each aspect. Remove from skillet and set aside.
