Ingredients :
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 cup bloodless, brewed coffee
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon floor nutmeg
- half of teaspoon floor cloves
- 2 cups self-growing flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- half of cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup raisins

- Mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and flour in a bowl.
- Add sausage, espresso, sugars, and eggs to the dry elements. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into an ungreased angel food cake pan.
