Ingredients :
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery

- 2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound lean ground red meat
- 1 (16 ounce) can overwhelmed tomatoes
- half cup tomato juice
- 1/four cup uncooked white rice
- three cups water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon floor black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
