Chestnut Pasta |

Ingredients :
- half cup all-reason flour
- 1 cup entire wheat flour
- half of teaspoon salt
- 1 dash floor nutmeg
- 1 dash floor black pepper
- 2 eggs, overwhelmed

- half of cup warm water
- half cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- half cup grated Romano cheese
- salt and pepper to flavor

- In a big bowl, combine flour, complete wheat flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper; blend. Make a nicely inside the middle and add eggs and a couple of tablespoons olive oil; beat well. In a bowl combine chestnut puree and half of cup water; add to egg aggregate. Incorporate flour and egg mix. Dough can be very stiff. Adjust with extra flour or water. Knead for 10 minutes and allow dough to rest for 5 minutes.
