| Vanishing Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies |
"A very sweet tasting cookie. That's how it were given its name. Four dozen might also appear to be lots, however after one flavor, four dozen will look like one dozen! Ingredients :
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- half of cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 half cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optionally available)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- three cups rolled oats
- 1 half of cups semisweet chocolate chips
