| Surprise Meringues |
"The addition of chocolate chips or nuts add taste and crunch to these meringues. This recipe is given with chocolate chips, however you can use chopped nuts as a substitute, or a aggregate of each."
Ingredients :
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/eight teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
