Ingredients :
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to flavor
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) box cottage cheese
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter

- In large bowl blend flour, pinch of salt and egg. Add milk a little at a time till dough is elastic. Roll out dough on floured floor and cut into 3-inch circles. Place a teaspoon of cottage cheese on one circle, fold over and seal the rims by means of pressing collectively firmly. Repeat with remaining circles.
- Melt butter in large skillet over low warmth. Fry dumplings in skillet till browned. Add evaporated milk, salt and pepper to flavor, and simmer for one hour.
