"Similar to Carrot Cookies. May frost with cream cheese frosting if you want."
Ingredients :
- 1/four cup milk
- 2 cups sifted all-cause flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- half teaspoon salt
- half cup butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon floor cinnamon
- half of cup honey
- 1 cup peeled, shredded sweet potato
- half of teaspoon baking soda

- Preheat oven to 350 levels F (one hundred seventy five tiers C).
- Combine sugar and butter or margarine. Blend in egg, honey, and sweet potato.
- Sift collectively flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Blend in butter mixture and milk.
- Drop from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 mins till brown.
