Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons on the spot mashed potato flakes
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/four teaspoons active dry yeast

- Combine immediately potatoes, sugar, water, and yeast in a blanketed field. Let the starter sit down on a counter for five days, stirring day by day with a wood spoon.
- On the morning of the fifth day, feed the starter with three tablespoons immediate potatoes, three tablespoons sugar, and 1 cup warm water. In the nighttime, take out 1 cup of the starter to apply in a sourdough recipe. Refrigerate the closing starter.
- Every five days, feed the starter 3 tablespoons immediate potatoes, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup water. If starter is to be used in a recipe, let the fed starter relaxation at room temperature 6 hours before use. If starter isn't being used in a recipe, hold refrigerated and discard 1 cup of starter after every feeding.
