Stuffed Jalapenos

"These scrumptious jalapeno peppers are filled with cheese, wrapped in sausage and baked. They are brilliant for spicing matters up at Thanksgiving and are constantly requested."

Ingredients :

2 (7 ounce) cans jalapeno peppers
6 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese combination
1 pound beef sausage, warm
1 (5.Five ounce) bundle spicy seasoning coating blend

Slice peppers lengthwise, dispose of seeds and middle; fill with cheese.
Roll out sausage with rolling pin, between two layers of plastic wrap. Remove plastic from sausage, and wrap a thin coating of sausage round every jalapeno.
Roll peppers in highly spiced pro coating blend.
Bake at 350 ranges F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 25 mins or till brown and sizzling and cheese is melted.
