Apple and Tomato Chutney |

Ingredients :
- 2 kilos apples - peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 2 pounds tomatoes, sliced
- 2 big onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- half of cup sultana raisins
- three/four cup white sugar
- five teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- four teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 cups malt vinegar
