Apricot Cheese Loaf |

Ingredients :
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- three tablespoons margarine
- half cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-cause flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- half teaspoon baking soda
- half teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
