Ingredients :
- 1 cup butter
- half of cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sifted all-cause flour
- three/four teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/four cup sifted confectioners' sugar

- Preheat oven to 325 levels F (165 tiers C.) Lightly butter 2 baking sheets, or line with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift collectively the flour and salt; blend into the butter mixture. Stir in the pecans. Dust your arms with a touch of the confectioners' sugar and roll the dough into 1 inch balls.
- Place 2 inches aside on the baking sheets and bake for 25 minutes or simply till brown. Put on racks to chill for 15 mins, then roll within the confectioners sugar.
