"These sausage balls have been a hit at our Christmas celebration this year. I accidentaly used low-fat cheese within the recipe and could not inform the difference. No frying vital, they bake beautifully."
Ingredients :
- 2 pounds red meat sausage
- 1 half of cups buttermilk baking blend
- sixteen oz. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- half cup chopped celery
- half teaspoon garlic powder

- Preheat oven to 375 levels F (one hundred ninety degrees C).
- Combine the sausage, baking blend, cheddar cheese, onion, celery and garlic powder. Mix properly and shape into 1 inch balls. Watch Now
