Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

  • half cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3 teaspoons chopped clean parsley

  • salt and pepper to flavor
  • 6 lemon wedges

Instructions :

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix collectively the mustard, butter, and honey. In every other bowl, blend together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
  • Season every salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard-honey aggregate. Cover the top of every fillet with bread crumb combination.
  • Bake for 10 mins according to inch of thickness, measured at thickest component, or till salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
