Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating |

- three tablespoons butter, melted
- five teaspoons honey
- half of cup sparkling bread crumbs
- half cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 teaspoons chopped clean parsley
- 6 (four ounce) fillets salmon
- salt and pepper to flavor
- 6 lemon wedges

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix collectively the mustard, butter, and honey. In every other bowl, blend together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
