Black Bean Soup II |

Ingredients :
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 7 cups water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt to flavor
- floor black pepper to flavor
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

- In a Dutch Oven saute onion, garlic and inexperienced pepper in oil over medium heat till smooth.
- Add beans and water and season with salt, pepper and cumin in your desired flavor. Mix well and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Pour soup into blender and puree. Once soup is for your preferred consistency return to Dutch Oven and go back to medium-low warmness.
- Pour a few drops of olive oil in bowl for added flavor and dish up soup.
