Ingredients :
- 1 (three pound) boneless chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to flavor
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle fish fry sauce
Instructions :

- Place roast into gradual cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Pour barbecue sauce over meat. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove meat from gradual cooker, shred, and go back to sluggish cooker. Cook for 1 extra hour. Serve hot.
