| Spice Cookies with Crystallized Ginger |

Ingredients :
- half cup white sugar
- three/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- three tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
- 2 cups all-motive flour
