"Yellow cake with pineapple, vanilla pudding, and whip cream. Delicious!"
Ingredients :
- 1 (18.25 ounce) bundle yellow cake mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- three/four cup white sugar
- 2 (three.5 ounce) programs immediately vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/four cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- three/four cup flaked coconut, toasted
- half of cup chopped pecans

- Prepare and bake cake blend in keeping with container guidelines for a nine x thirteen inch cake pan.

- Beat pudding mix with milk till clean. Spread pudding over cooled cake.
- Whip cream till barely thickened. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla, and whip until smooth peaks shape. Spread over pinnacle of cake. Chill cake for twenty-four hours. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans just before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
