Vanilla Ice Cream VI

"A no-prepare dinner vanilla ice cream! This recipe consists of raw eggs. It is designed for an old school ice cream maker that yields 1 gallon; make sure to scale recipe down if you have a countertop model."

2 half cups white sugar
half teaspoon salt
6 cups milk
3 cups evaporated milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup water

Instructions :
