  • 1 half of tablespoons minced clean ginger root
  • half of cup chopped crystallized ginger

  • In a big bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until easy. Beat within the egg and molasses. Combine the flour, floor ginger, baking soda, and salt; stir into the molasses combination the use of a wood spoon. Mix in the fresh and crystallized gingers.
