| Austrian Peach Cookie |
"Cookie rounds hollowed out and packed with a scrumptious fruity filling and looks like a miniature peach."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup white sugar
- three/four cup vegetable oil
- half cup milk
- 2 eggs
- three/four teaspoon baking powder
- half teaspoon vanilla extract
- three 2/three cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 3 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons instantaneous tea powder
- 2 half of tablespoons brandy
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pink decorator sugar
- 1/2 cup orange decorator sugar
