  • half teaspoon salt
  • half cup shortening
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions :

  • Grind apricots in food processor or blender.
  • In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
  • In a massive bowl, cream the shortening and sugar. Dissolve baking soda in warm water and upload to creamed combination, beating until easy. Beat inside the egg.
