Sausage Crescent Rolls |

- 1 pound fresh, ground spicy red meat sausage
- 1 (8 ounce) package deal cream cheese
- 2 (eight ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg white, gently crushed
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
