Breaded Pork Tenderloin

"This is the most gentle, tasty recipe for red meat tenderloin."

Ingredients :

  • 1 half of kilos beef tenderloin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/four cup milk

  • Slice tenderloin into 1/4 inch rounds. Place rounds between sheets of plastic wrap and pound till skinny.
