Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- half of cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 cups all-reason flour
- 3 cups candied cherries
- three cups dates, pitted and chopped
- four cups chopped pecans

- Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease cookie sheets.
- In big mixing bowl, cream together eggs, butter and brown sugar. Mix baking soda with the milk and add to mixture. Stir in orange juice and bourbon. In a small bowl, gently toss candied fruits with a small amount of flour till end result separate effortlessly. Add to aggregate. Add flour, dates and pecans. Stir until well combined. Drop by teaspoons approximately 2 inches aside onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for eight to ten mins within the preheated oven. Allow cookies to chill on baking sheet for 5 minutes before doing away with to a twine rack to cool absolutely.
