| Coconut Almond Cookies |
"My mom-in-law exceeded this recipe along to me several years ago and I had been making it frequently. Absolutely delicious!"
Ingredients :
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 half cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 half cups sifted all-cause flour
- three/four teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut

- Preheat oven to 350 stages F (a hundred seventy five levels C).
- In a big bowl, cream together butter and sugar till clean. Beat inside the egg, water and almond extract. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed combination.
