Ingredients :
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- half of teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- half cup lowfat buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon floor cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- three cups sparkling blueberries
