Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts |
Chicken breasts rolled up with a crabmeat and mushroom aggregate, topped with a white sauce and baked. I were given this recipe from a chum and my own family loves it. It's smooth to make and can be served with potatoes or rice.
Ingredients :

- ¼ cup all-cause flour
- 1 cup chook broth
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat - tired, flaked and cartilage removed
- 1 (four.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- ⅓ cup overwhelmed saltine crackers
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch floor black pepper
- four skinless, boneless fowl breast halves
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- ½ teaspoon paprika
