Chicken breasts crowned with Swiss cheese and baked in a creamy white wine sauce. I made this dinner for my senior promenade date nearly twenty years ago. She is but a far off reminiscence, even as this fowl dish is a HIT once I have the guys over for dinner parties! If preferred, serve with combined veggies tossed with pecans, a fruit French dressing and crumbled blue cheese. Add herbed egg noodles and a crusty bread, and you have were given a meal made in heaven!
